Return & Refund Policy

Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully. At Emirates Glam, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases.


Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you haveĀ 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Youā€™ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@emiratesglam.com. If your return is accepted, weā€™ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Circumstances for Return & Refund

  1. Wrong Product Delivered
    If you receive an incorrect product, please email us at contact@emiratesglam.com with photos of the item. We will provide a free return shipping label. Upon receiving the return, weā€™ll ship the correct product immediately.
  2. Exchanges
    We exchange products only if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item, email us at contact@emiratesglam.com with proof of damage or defect.
  3. Change of Mind
    Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or refunds for reasons of change of mind, including issues with color, size, or texture.
  4. Order Cancellations
    Orders are processed and shipped quickly. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at contact@emiratesglam.com. While we will make every effort to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee a successful cancellation if the order has already shipped.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Gift cards.
  • Custom or personalized orders.
  • Downloadable software products.
  • Certain health and personal care items.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will email you to confirm its receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 4 business days.
  • Late or Missing Refunds:
    If you havenā€™t received your refund yet, please:

    1. Check your bank account.
    2. Contact your credit card company (processing times may vary).
    3. Contact your bank for further clarification.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
