At EmiratesGlam, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable shipping experience for all our customers. Please review the details below to understand our shipping policies.

Shipping Locations

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Currently, we only ship within the United Arab Emirates.

Shipping Methods

Handling Time: 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday).
Transit Time: 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday).

Shipping Rates

The shipping fee will be displayed during the checkout process and included in your total order amount.
You can review the exact shipping cost before finalizing your purchase.

Shipping Status

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

If you don’t receive the confirmation email immediately, please allow some time as your package’s delivery date or range is indicated during checkout. Rest assured, we will deliver your order within that timeframe.

Order Changes

Please notify us immediately if you wish to make any changes to your order.
Note: Custom and pre-ordered items cannot be exchanged or altered after the order is placed.

Item Not Received

If your order status indicates it has been delivered, but you haven’t received it:

Contact the courier directly to locate your shipment.
If the issue remains unresolved, please email us at contact@sulubeautys.com for assistance.

Tracking Your Order

After your order ships, you’ll receive an email containing your unique parcel tracking number.
You can also track your order status by logging into your account at Emiratesglam.com and navigating to the “My Orders” section.

Important Notes:

Tracking numbers may take a few days to become active in the courier’s system. If the tracking details are unavailable, try again later.
Rest assured, the estimated delivery time shown during checkout remains accurate.

Taxes

Customers do not need to pay import fees, duties, or VAT.
Some countries (e.g., Germany, Italy, UAE, and Canada) may require additional duties or VAT according to local regulations.
Sales Tax: We are required by law to charge sales tax on applicable items unless exempt by law.
