Lip Liner:
– Everlasting Lip Liner works as a base under lipstick, or on its own for matte color that lasts.
– If you need a crisp, tight line, lightly pinch the tip of the lip liner to press it into a precise point.
– To make sure you get a straight lip line, tilt your chin upward when looking in the mirror so it’s easier to spot a wobbly line.
Liquid Lipstick:
– On clean and dry lips, use the precision tip to line and define.
– Fill in with the angled edge.
– Blot lips with a tissue.
– Let it set for about 30 seconds to lock in bold matte color (no rubbing or smacking).
