On the left side of the face, use both hands to alternately smooth out the following areas from the center of the face outwards (x 2): from the center of the forehead to the temple, from the nose to the ear , from the corner of the mouth to the temporomandibular joint and from the tip of the chin to the ear, then to the collarbone.
Proceed in the same way on the right side of the face.
